卒業見込みの留学生を採用したいが…?!
大学を卒業予定の外国人留学生を雇い入れたいのですが、入管法上、どのような手続きが必要なのでしょうか？
※入管法とは、正式名称「出入国管理及び難民認定法」のことです。
この質問に関する答えを知りたい！という方は、続きを読んでくださいね。
実際の雇入れ（就労）までに、在留資格を「留学」から就労可能な資格に変更する手続きが必要です。なお、この在留資格の変更については、入国管理局において、大学などでの専攻内容と就職先での職務内容などから総合的に判断され、その可否が決定されることになります（※この申請手続きは卒業の2〜3ヵ月前から受付が可能です）。
